In terms of raw performance, I don’t think there’s a huge difference. From what I’ve read and recall, the F-15QA shares a large percentage of its avionics with the F-15EX.
That said, the USAF’s F-15EX was always designed to have the edge, leveraging the latest cutting-edge technology that surpasses the F-15SA and F-15QA. So when it comes to avionics, the F-15EX does have the upper hand.
As for their addition to War Thunder, I imagine the F-15QA will either be introduced alongside the F-15EX in the same patch or possibly later as an event, squadron, or premium vehicle.

Yep, the EPAWSS is a critical piece of the F-15EX’s avionics suite to augment its electronic warfare capabilities. It’s no surprise that it’s not intended for export to allies like Qatar. Interestingly, the USAF just received its first EPAWSS-modified F-15E Strike Eagle last week.

We could see both variants. I am thinking maybe the QA might be a event vehicle but even then it would be to good to be a premium or event vehicle

Would be great as a GE or pack plane. Does the USA have an equivalent or is the F-15 being slowly side lined?
