Well, Russia currently working on the Su-35SM and some sources say it could get the AL-51F derivative.
If that happens, hopefully the USAF will do the same with the EX.
Btw the EX will get a new, better radar called AN/APG-82(V)X.
When it comes to service, together with the AIM-260A that would be the final, most modern version of the Eagle.
I disagree given gaijins precedent for ignoring reality I think they should add a version of the F15EX with the AN/APY-2 radar and the F119-PW-100 engines
and give it 44 peregrine missiles
more realistically they could give it the F110-GE-132 engine for “technical compatibility” or could be integrated with the aircraft in real life

Who knows if it’s modeled incorrectly, or it could be a copy-pasted F-15E used to work on F-15EX in-game.
The radar in x-ray is APG-82, which is also found in the F-15EX.
Even if it were true, I don’t think Smin would confirm it’s an F-15EX. That would be a huge leak.
Yeah, it only confirms that this isn’t a clue of it but not that we’re not getting a F-16E RMP or F-15EX at all

could be a more modern F-15E with extra countermeasures on the bottom of the tails, it comes with the EPAWSS upgrade, as they were already slowly being outfitted with them but recently that’s been getting pushed to happen outside of regular maintenance schedule

Maybe the F-15E in-game could be updated to the latest configuration with AESA, EPAWSS, etc.
well, it would just be AESA, EPAWSS, extra countermeasures, better internal software, and maybe cluster munitions (was tested with the MLRSs during the nucellar thunder event)
