I assume you’re referring to that patent document shared a few replies up? In theory it can work with up to 20 (some sources say even more, like 22-24) but there still remains the question about how AMRAAM carried in said stores would be safely launched from the aircraft. It obviously can’t be fired immediately and the AMRAAM there need to be (re)programmed to be launched differently than the AMRAAM on rails. I imagine a delayed rocket activation after it is ejected would be the likely solution for this.
that doesnt really matter for WT
how is it 20 missile ? 4 under fuselage/ 6 per wing

its 16 missile
It does if you dont want to be blown up by your own ordnance XD
That was a digital render. So, essentially, it’s a concept artwork. It has not been fully implemented and integrated into the F-15C/EX fleet, yet.
Reverse image search indicates it was Boeing’s older proposal, F-15 Advanced Eagle 2040C.
Oh ok. I thought you were talking about quad hardpoints for AMRAAMs.
Edit: 12 is the correct number for now.
How is that 16? It’s 12
the problem now is its lacks long range missile, the navy got a big upgrade with their f18

AIM-120D and AIM-260 JATM are still things for the USAF.
aim260 is not in service, maybe yes the aim120 but against pl15 or pl17 its hard
there is way to add a double pylon under the heavy inner pylon
yet we dont know if its in use by air forces

That’s never produced
Here we go again…
that what i said, its just a paper concept
There’s a patent for the pylons, and there are precedents in the game. It all depends on the Gaijin decision.
