Will F-15EX be any good or it would also be DOA?
it will basically be the F-15E and F-15C GE combined
you get an AESA, lots of thrust, (i think) 16 missiles and is also lighter than the F-15E from what i heard

recent developments have put that into question. but based off of the lack of some features and newer tech on the EX, it might be possible

issue of being made for real life and not a game (AMRAAM fix when?)
missing gimballed radar is expected as why would US irl need that if they have AWACS flying most of the time
if you mean any kinematic changes then it wont change a thing
because it still wont be able to do short range HOBS, which is the current meta for WT
simply becasue notching long range Fox-3 shots is pretty much trivial
