It still works if it’s launched in proper conditions, they also fixed a couple of guidance issues so it can kill targets which are not doing any avoidance maneuvers these days. It should be a nice addition for 9.3 - 9.7, since it’s not as maneuverable as others yet it still has a decent range (better than early AA missiles at least).
