Then i could easily have it find arguments for said sledgehammer to be at 10.0 (300 sl repaircost)

It has at worst, equal firepower to 10.3s, if not better in some regards

• Far higher RoF
• Twin barrel (eliminate overheat)
• ATGMs (that can be fired on the move)

The only negative is that it doesnt have APFSDS rounds, but that has barely slowed it down.

Its mobility is totally average, and even still faster than some vehicles.

But its armour is literally that of either a T-72B3 or T-90M, but with added spall liners and no turret weakspots. It was without a doubt, the most survivable vehicle at 10.7. Id be tempted to say the same with it at 11.3.

The only possible way it could be a lower BR is with MASSIVE nerfs. Like total removal of the ERA and actually make the “External ammo” internal. So it can be killed a lot more easily.

You’ve given a number of excellent reasons why it should be at its current BR if not even at a higher BR than it currently is. I can quite easily see the BMPT being 11.7/12.0.

Before adjusting its BR, acquiring quantitative data on its performance, such as average kill/death ratios and playlist win rates, would helpful to underline this recommendation.

They did, they observed the 9.3/9.7+ becomign BMPT only. It was broken OP. It was the most stupid thing they have ever added. Quite frankly. It should be deleted from the game, I dont think any BR high enough would actually make it weak enough to ever be properly balanced. It was by far one of the strongest vehicles in the game.
