Dont think that policy is gonna hold up for long. Look at the plane premiums, france has literally just gotten a top tier F16AM at 13.7 in air and 12.7 in ground, its basically top tier by the virtue of being able to see typhoons and other 14.7 jets.
Wouldnt really put it past gaijin at this point for them to release a top tier ground vehicle within this year

That cursed vehicle was one of the worst additions to the game; it still needs several adjustments to be fair. It needs to be significantly nerfed, such as by changing how the dual cannons fire, increasing spread when using both cannons, and causing the ammo and missiles to detonate if the turret is hit.
No one wants to see that powerhouse vehicle again; let’s not forget that this monstrosity faced 9.3, 9.7, and 10.0 vehicles for weeks.
This vehicle is etched in players’ memories as something completely wrong, and it will suffer from the “Tomcat effect” for quite some time.
