Vehicle is insanely overpowered right now down to its protection for the BR. If you think otherwise I have bad news.
I have also just realized that they not only haven’t added any sort of turret basket like most other autocannon vics and new mbt’s but the turret traverse is buried even lower into the hull when compared to even the T-90, its fully hidden and cant be hit from the front. also what’s up with the size of the elevation mechanism, its tiny, even the visual model shows the trunnions from the outside, but the damage model is about a finger thick and the motor is also tiny…

The fact that this is the same BR as the Ajax is just stupid. I haven’t found a good way to take these out execpt lucky shots from across the map to its side.

So for the balancing team PUMA, PUMA VJTF, Vilkas , Jaguar , Ajax, Freccia , KF41 are the same or better than the BMPT. The BMPT has 2 decent guns with 850 rounds, if you take 1 gun out you can still shot with the other same has if it overheats. It has 4 missiles that can be fired on the move, are tandem and have 800mm of pen. The armor is top tier level with spall liners and Relikt that can block side shots with the down side of being tall and has the tipical Soviet/Russian reverse speed. I think Gaijin forgot that the PUMA, AJAX and the Vilkas are the same BR because they have apfsds. The PUMA VJTF, Jaguar, Freccia and the KF41 have spikes, probably the most random missile in the game, apfsds rounds and lack on armor compared to the bmpt but because they have spikes and apfsds they are 11.0 (+2 BRs compared to the BMPT).
As someone said the BMPT HAS NO TURRET BASKET, Gaijin added turret baskets to every new tank in the last updates, other tanks with autoloaders have turret baskets why doesnt the BMPT have it ?? Could that be what a lot of people thing ??
And here I thought having KD of 4.2 on Somua SM at one point was insane lol.
