To be fair alot of the times we killed BMPTs were from the sides and bottom. Hulldown its still very strong. But we can use the fast type 90 to flank. The saving grace is not all russian players are smart.

They buffed Relikt to stop Russian tanks being penetrated by DM-53 what we have now is a vehicle layered in this armour along with spall liners and a “generous” damage model makes the thing a monster and it will continue to be until Russia get a new top tier armour and Relikt can be nerfed to realistic values…T-14 does not use Relikt

Yeah emptied a Falcons belt into the top of it and still didn’t take out both guns. Gaijin needs to model impacts to the turret actually doing damage.

Brother, I played a match last night and a BMPT sat in one spot, protected by the invincible logs get 12 kills. At one point he 1v4’d us meanwhile all I could take out is his horizontal drive.
The most recent dev stream just further proves that the developers don’t play their own game when BVVD starts talking about experimenting vehicles with two different types of missiles meanwhile an SPAA in game already can carry two different types of missiles.

Its genuinely time for people to take off their rose tinted glasses and realize these ‘feedback’ threads are simply containment threads. They do NOT care about the feedback we give them. Community Managers have said on multiple different occasions that at the end of the day its up to the devs to make the final decision on something. Our feedback means nothing to them.
I implore all of you to check replays from our community managers and see how much they play the game, what game modes they play and what BRs they play. You’ll get a genuine laugh and then we wonder why our feedback falls on deaf ears constantly and consistently.
look at who you’re replying to lmao, Cloudzy there has been adamantly defending Russian vehicles being OP for weeks. (also I’m so confused, since when is Justin anti-Russian vehicles??? the guy is literally a through-and-through Russian main. And like 60% of his videos are on Russian tanks lmao, like his FOUR BMPT videos in two weeks)
its hilarious seeing them go after JPTV for 1-death-leaving when literally every content creator does it, I remember seeing Phly do it in the Radkampfwagen in one of two games I’d ever seen him in. (even people like BPA Jon ODL it if he dies and sees his team disintegrated before he did).
(also as literally all of the content creators say; 1-death-leaving is what you do when you get the big name tanks for updates, since you have to get as much content as fast as possible so you can get your video out quicker, having 12 matches in an hour vs having 3 full lineup matches sounds far more efficient)
fun BMPT fact I’ve been both on the receiving end of, and on the delivering end… BMPT (techtree)'s grenade launcher ammo acts as impenetrable ERA, if a dart or tandem warhead hits it, the weapon WILL be defeated no matter what at the cost of the grenade belts burning off… which unlike every other blowout panel in the game are infinitely reusable, so you can sit on a cap constantly having them refilled to reform your side armor and there’s absolutely no counter on some maps… because apparently having several hundred kilograns of 30mm high-explosives detonate at once on your tank doesn’t have any negative effects at all. (IMO it should blow off the ERA side panels around it)
Any word on the removal or nerf of the BMPT? I am seeing a lot of people who god awful KDs but have 2.5 on the BMPT alone. Don’t know if there’s anything going to be done on the most OP ground vehicle in the game yet.

Only problem with smaller maps, the BMPTs has no answers against hull down snipers >800m, they can’t pen the turret and the missile is not quick enough. Like a vehicle invested all the points on cqc perks but 0 in long-range offence.
true, but since you can never really kill the turret they can spam you into annoyance. I don’t personally have a problem going against them but when experienced players and hordes of them push your teams dead.
