I would recommend only playing the BMPT at this point for BR 10.7
From time to time I do, otherwise its just depressing to play Puma…
But I have an Mission with the Puma ))
At least it isn’t a Bradley, I told people who need nukes to just buy the BMPT before it’s patched.

I doubt they’ll fix it or at least for the foreseeable future. BMPT is going to be like this for a while especially with it still getting ads. Personally I feel people sleep on the T-55AMD-1 for Russia. At a low BR, but I guess people don’t like that spamming their tanks means instant kill.

+the devs are still on NY Holiday, so even more unlikely to see any change, specially since 2 weeks there wasnt a single change/update in game because of the Holidays
No, this bug in particular only affected APHE, API, APHEC/BC/CBC, SAP, SAPHEI, SAPHE, SAPHE/C/BC/CBC and HEAT (but I noticed that later).
Puma just has a shitty damagemodel where the commander’s and horizontal-drives’ hitboxes extend out of the hull, which means that any damage to them will deal pressure damage to the crew as the cmdr and H-drive are considered as part of the crew-compartment.

If they nerf it in a couple of months, I’ll be laughing at people who bought the premium one for full price. If they don’t, no big deal! I just won’t be playing 10.7 or anything adjacent for a while.

The good thing is, currently 10.3 has an very lovely MM and sees alot of downtiers to 9.3 ))))

9.3 is PERFECT
USA has nothing good from after BR 9.3 to BR 11.7. Except the broken M10 Booker. So it wasn’t going to bother me. Sweden I feel is my favorite around BR 10 but I don’t mind people buying BMPT if they’re having fun. Lol
Ive been really enjoying 9.0 GB and 9.0 JP recently

There really is something about this…
If you want to protest a vehicle, you don’t stop playing the game… you play other game modes and BRs.
14.3 air BRs, 13.0 ground, 8.7 naval, and helicopters.
Arcade, realistic, simulator.
When Puma was OP I played WW2 and modern.
When EBR was OP I played cold war and modern.
When 13.0 is currently compressed, I do my best to play props and early jets.
Plenty of options out there.

Yes, we’ve criticized every new vehicle added to the game, but this one has brought me to the point of quitting a game I’ve been playing since 2016. You’ve created a tank that can’t be penetrated even with DM53 rounds from a Leopard gun, and it completely disrupts the balance of the game. A vehicle that is already cancerous at its own BR should not be this strong at 12.7. If I gave this tank to my 12-year-old child, he could easily get 5–6 kills with it. Just to put on a show of power, you’ve gone way too far with this tank—fix it. Otherwise, I can honestly say that for the first time I’m seriously considering quitting War Thunder. You have never added such an unfair vehicle before, and this is driving me insane. I could buy this vehicle and play it too, but then all the time spent on crew points, experience, and strategy becomes completely meaningless. Enough is enough. Really, enough………

Just jump in the Tiger 1 with some CAS ez wins and ez fun.
Still, some people like playing higher BR’d vehicles. Many have probably gotten into the game to get the so hailed Leopards, the T-series tanks, or the Abrams (not denying that many others have come for the planes, the Tigers, the WW2 vehicles as a whole or anything in between). There’s a “line” where adapting to the game’s progression is meaningless, we the players have to flexible but the game developers have to understand that there’s a point where players start getting overly frustrated with the different decisions they take. Plus there’s not so many other games you can play similar to War Thunder if any.
Where are the Italian mains to complain about the BMPT in this chat 👀
