BMPT/72 BR Topic

Tell that my Spike xD

This is still sometimes a “bad shot” due to the nature of the BMPT

And how many times are you able to do such precise thing or shoot the lower hull without getting absolutely obliterated from oblivion?

Hey now…
In my defense, my advice was for MBTs. XD

If your theory was true then it should have happened for China and the USA, if new additions bring experienced players into a tree facilitating positive winrate changes then why would the USSR tree be the only one profiting from it? My theory still works if the USSR CAS is just blatantly better (or more accessible) than the competition.

Actually it didnt. If anything its disproven your theory, because there is simply no significant “player migration” visible. The 6.3% winrate rise for the USSR from September to October happens with only 100.000 more games for the T80BVM, im gonna let you do the math how good those additional gamers musts be to increase the overall winrate

Edit: You also seem to be wrong with your statement regarding the SU34 https://www.reddit.com/r/Warthunder/comments/1mfbdo1/someone_made_a_post_commenting_on_why_the_russian/
@AlvisWisla

plain wrong, the bmpt doesnt have a manned turret and of course no massive ammo carousel

Speaking of “Bad Shots” where is the Turret Basket for the Terminator?
In case of Bad shots Gaijin nerfed the Leopard and Abrams by even rewarding bad shots which make your Turret completly stuck (which is still BS)

98+% hit rate.
Ammo racks are the #1 cause of my frags on T-series tanks in general for that reason.
I avoid tracks like the plague they are because I remember bouncing off of tracks when I first started playing the game.

@Zannafrancy
The massive ammo storage in the BMPT very much exists and has been racked by me many times.
If you’re going to defend the BMPT, at least do it right.

Say the turret’s a pointless shot to make because nothing valuable is there.

side protection enhanced with explosive reactive armor blocks” and rear slat armor — pointing to modular, attachable systems like on T90M, T72B3, T80BVM BMPT Terminator

BMPTs in service have been fitted with “dynamically enhanced armor blocks, grids (lattice armor), and extra side protection” based on combat experience, Российские БМПТ «Терминатор» добронировали динамической и противодронной защитой

edit: i dont make things up

sure it has the ammo but i never got an ammo detonation through the sides,

you can kill a t90m if the side of the turret is exposed quite easily, cannot do the same on bmpt with nothing short of a miracle, its objective that it is more survivable than t90m

That is simply not true,the turret its full of ammo and electronics

If you shoot any ammo at it should knock the living soul of the electronics or ammo forcing the BMPT player to either repair or reload ammo or even both

The BMPT doesnt need more armor bro

Meanwhile ammo on the TT version when it gets hit
Explodes, but wont get removed, the crew is also fine and wont get hurt

Any further talk with him about “BMPT Needs xy” is useless, as he doesnt even have any version of it

The T72B3, T90M, T80BVM have it

the only thing the bmpt needs is to go 12.0

Ok and?
The BMPT its already broken,it needs proper damage model so anything else it BEYOND useless atm

Yep, or make it 11.0 and remove every wierd thing only the BMPT/-72 effects which results in it beeing stronger than it should

You really just dont know where to shoot it

Average update with russian bias i guess
