You’re ignoring the few nerfs it’s gotten outside of it going up in BR.
And while I probably disagree with the ammo being modeled the way it is [to what I consider an over-performing state], the ammo received the bulk of the nerfs where it now damages essential equipment when destroyed.
I don’t know about 12.0 being usable, considering it took my friend facing against 6 - 7 tanks in his top Leopard 2 before someone finally got a flank to deal with them. The BMPTs harassing them just couldn’t do anything except remove the barrel.
It’s possible that it is potent enough for 12.0, however I want to see how it performs at 11.3 to see first hand facing it that it’s still OP there.
That’s a first hearing TOW-2s being called lol-pen by association for having the same pen.
Youre forgetting the fact that you cant kill them if theyre hull down, you cant overpressure them and you cant kill them by destroying its turret ammo since gaijin modeled it as External ammo bellts despite being in the turret
You might be able to cripple them by taking out its gun and ammo yes, but since its a TD it can restore all its ammo

Dame I would of warned you to stay away from the A-10. Only good strike aircraft in USA is F15E everything else should be fighters.

I get the analysis but in game it doesn’t work for shyt. So many videos on this post have proven how broken in game it is to hanger.

Extra profit if you sit on a cap and use the uber fast missile reload time 💰
Extra extra dividends if you feel bored and use its IRST to lock and vaporize air targets. I have most of the light tanks with IRST in the game. The BMPT has one of the best, if not the best, lead indicators for its IRST. Don’t even bother with the timed fused shells. Zero need. Just use dual APDS belts. Usually only takes a couple/few seconds to vaporize planes or helis.

- If your hit actually causes the damage

Thing is, if you shoot their side when they’re not looking, my DM53 Hochleistungs-Mehrzweck-Panzerbrechender Unterkaliber-Langstab-Kinetischer Durchschlagskörper zur endgültigen Neubewertung feindlicher Panzerungsentscheidungen will hit the ERA, spin around, pass through the amazing spall liner, and do nothing. Then the BMPT will turn around and delete me while my leopard’s reloading with their 6 second nerfed manual reload.
