i sped up doing that. The atgm launcher with the radar is surprisingly fun on large maps

It’s amazing. I don’t get why it’s not played very much.
Then again, I do love missile based ground vehicles so perhaps it just requires a certain mind set.

yea. Also it being able to see trough bushes and smoke and tracking air is super powerful

BMPT, BMPT-72 — the Battle Rating in all modes has been increased from 10.3 to 10.7. Because the vehicles turned out to be very effective, it’s possible that the BR increase to 10.7 might not be enough for them to become balanced. We will continue to monitor them and will make changes if needed.

BMPT, BMPT-72 — when external 30 mm cannon ammo catches fire, the cannon breeches, autoloader and vertical drive will be destroyed. The belt between the cannon breeches and main ammo stowage in the crew compartment is what’s considered to be external ammo.

A BMPT player crying on the forum because he doesn’t want his vehicle moved to 12.0 because he knows it will be balanced and perfectly usable.
But he prefers to cry on the forum along with other windbags spamming BMPT and getting NUKE in almost every match because they love pressing W knowing that no vehicle will be able to hit kill his vehicle with bugged ERA armor and spall liner more functional than any other vehicle in War Thunder.
Seriously, am I the crazy liar here, or is the reality that we players face the BMPT and its NUKES every game an illusion created by practically 80% of the gaming community ?

It’s pretty much true, every time i play 10.7 a BMPT drops a nuke. I just stopped playing the M10 cus of that, and M900 despite being one of the strongest rounds at 10.7, is still a hit or miss in terms of killing potential against BMPTs, even DM53 is having issues at 12.7…
BMPT just needs a complete rework and be made killable, rn we’re watching Rossiya Bias TM in real time.

The armament and available ammunition did not change towards the production variant, which consists of the hull used by BMPT and the turret used by BMPT72.
When i unlock the booker im probably just gonna bring it to 12.7 to grind with my lineup, i aint dealing with these bmpt bastards
Bmpt production and current bmpt tree are 2 different tanks
Guys dont nerf it until i get my fair share of fun with the bmpt.
(gave up on fighting them so i decided to grind out my untouched td line for the 1 vehicle.)

BMPT is volumetric hell and since war thunder is closer to CS:GO CQC tank edition than how real tank battles would be played out, with 2 autocannons and 4 lolpen missiles AND Rearm box, it would be a nightmare at any BR, at least toptier can dealt with them somewhat. It’s already been seen on dozens of vids it do just as good at the top as it does at 10.7 so it would do 0 difference if it was moved up. the stats don’t lie, it’s outperforming even the busted Kv-1E, KV-1B and even KV-220.
