There will always at least some MBTs in your game. So if you see a BMPT get one of your teammates to shoot it. And if the teammate is braindead, just use them as bait/distraction.
Also I love the Irony of you calling someone a noob while you are struggling against a vehicle.

The thing responsible for the high br placement is not the 30mm, it’s the Spike. My personal experience is Spike being one of the more effective ATGMs than the regular one because it’s fnf, the target could reverse back to cover and still getting hit, I’ve actually having quite a lot of deaths to Spike (especially T-series that couldn’t reverse), not to mention the missiles also quite effective against helicopters. Another thing to consider is that you can fire your missile then continue to move into cover, unlike regular ATGMs you have to stay still and exposed to enemy fire until your missile reaches the target, thus decrease the survivability.

What were people doing differently when fighting any of the other high tier T-series in these LTs that makes them struggle more against the BMPT.

Yes, as far as I observe the kill rate is about 50/50, they recently added one ugly ass French light tank that looks like an impossible chihuahua cat crossbreed, I have had a lot of 0 kill 1 deaths for my first spawn because of this disgusting looking thing, a lot of time I was OHKO maybe the game inject malicious code to make me die more often because I spent too little money oopps
They are useless especially against russian tanks including the bmpt
If they do not address this quickly (meaning toning down the survivability at a minimum and move it up to 11.7), then I am done with ground and maybe the game. ANY internal testing would have shown how OP this thing was going to be. They either did not do ANY testing or do not care.
Air RB also got a very powerful Russian jet in the SU-30 SM2, but it did not cancel a whole BR (or several) out and ruin the game for many players. It has competitors and in someways betters.
The BMPT was a very unwise add to the game and everyone not benefitting from this ridiculousness can see it. Gaijin makes money and the press W crowd once again gets something to give ridiculous K/D ratios.

Not true, more resistance yes, but they are easier to hit due to lack of reverse. Unless they are driving forward into the cover, a hull down T-72/T-90 hit chance is almost 100%, the ones that could reverse at 30kph+ have a much higher chance to dodge it.
