Where is the nerf??? How is it okay that 200 are qing for Russia in Rank 6? Man Gaijin is really fast to change other stuff but no just let the BMPTs run wild with no nerf in sight… They are lucky we cannot swear in this forum
Edit: Man can’t even play 11.0 France because q times are over 2 minutes… Gaijin you are fing this game over!!!
Please care to explain how it is irrelevant ? Just saying ‘‘it’s irrelevant’’ without argumentation is not a response.
Here again you fail to argument for what reason you view this as a negative point … The goal is to compare how competitive X or Y vehicles are. We have two options on hand :
A) By judging statistics based on a population that are likely to know what they are doing and know how to effectively use X or Y vehicle ( thunderskill ).
B) By judging statistics based on a wide population that can go from pro player to absolute bottom of the barrel ( statshark ).
In your mind option A is skewing X or Y vehicle perf more than option B does ?
To make a racing analogy, if you want to know how fast a car can lap, you don’t take the average between a toddler and a pro driver and whatever is in-between … you give it to some of the best drivers out there …
Hope you do realize as to why your argument here makes absolutely 0 sense !
I have already responded to these two , read again or provide actual counterargument.
So you argument that 279 is barely played yet on the same breath you claim this brings it’s K/D down … if the vehicle is barely played then K/D would also be barely impacted … make it make sense !
Yet another blunt statement. You fail to provide a concrete example.
I’m talking about things on which you clearly have 0 understanding !
You’re making the novice error of assuming that a larger data pool is automatically more relevant. In statistics, a massive sample size doesn’t fix a garbage-in, garbage-out problem, it just amplifies it.
F-A-C-E-P-A-L-M you are comparing the number of lifetime cumulative games in statshark to monthly games in thunderskill … in other words you are comparing apples to tables …
Even if those numbers were comparable having 10K fresh data points with high statistical value ( since they are extracted from competitive players and the goal is to judge X or Y vehicle competitiveness not just to collect data ) provides a far more relevant and high fidelity benchmark than 2M ‘‘noisy’’ data points made out of outdated patches , highly variable player skill , bots and inactive accounts …
For your education :
From a data science perspective, claiming that 10,000 games is ‘‘too low’’ for a statistically relevant result is a fundamental misunderstanding of sampling theory. In statistics, the reliability of a sample is determined by its absolute size (n), not its percentage of the total population. For example, a sample of 1,000 individuals is enough to represent a population of 330 million (like the US) with a 3% margin of error a sampling fraction of just 0.0003%. ThunderSkill’s 10,156 games is an exceptionally large sample size that provides a 99% confidence level with a margin of error of approximately 1.3%.
You clearly lack basic understanding of the subject so it’s quite ironic to have you tell me this :
Anyways same here won’t extend any further on this discussion … not worth my time .
Yeah dude you’d be less wrong if thunderskill used data from the normal population and not highly skewed data from only the people that actively registered for it which is completely ridiculous when talking about relevant data.
I am not?
Always funny when the educationally challenged dude has an ego for some unexplainable reason
Womp womp people will call you out if you talk garbage with 0 understanding of how these things work. Either stop talking garbage or deal with it
Even if that’s the case, then we would see elevated stats for all vehicles and we can still compare stats as the website (according to you) is pulling stats from the same players.
Player skill is unlikely to massively change across vehicles.
We can also just ignore ThunderSkill and just use Statshark, as that has a way bigger sample size. Thunderskill also caters mostly to the SRB side of the game. It is therefor not surprising that they don’t have stats on the BMPT, as afaik the BMPT isn’t available for play in SRB yet.
I’m so fvckin tired getting killed by it’s autocannons frontally in abrams. Like the armor doesn’t even exist and they need to fix the turret ring armor because rn abrams are a joke. It shreds even your breach some magical way without damaging the barrel and do no damage to crew in compartment.
You can’t do sh!t because you just need to rat and camp because you try to rush cap? goodluck. BMPT just 1 taps your track and ur dead. not to mention how quickly your barrel goes lmao.
Killing it’s a literal bingo. 3 man version is easy. but the tech tree? HEHE absorbs 4 darts from side and says fk you. and the side era…man that is some high-tech from future.
Dudes first response to me was I said his arguments were irrelevant “without” any further information, when in that same paragraph told him why thunderskill and his use of it is irrelevant for establishing a baseline of performance metrics of a vehicle.
