Do 105mm and Early 120mm NATO HEAT-FS/HE shells explode violently? If so, why did the M1 and M1A1 Blow-Out Panels work flawlessly in testing and during combat?
HE type shells make up the majority of stowed shells in all tanks, including NATO ones.
And do you have prove that blowout panel cannot protect it crew when it explosion happen because i never saw one documents say that blast door is not working when detonation from chemical or HE rounds i’m sure even ask Gaijin they don’t even have those prove.

During tests on the Blow-Out Panel doors, they noted that HE type shells were a concern, but during testing, it did not prove to materialize as an actual issue.
And if the Abrams 40 shell bustle rack can be overwhelmed, why does the Merkava Mk.4’s 10 shell revolving rack do it? Surely that rack would be too small for it to be “overwhelmed”.

Bro first of all its a leo 2 in the pic second that was anti tank combat, to the iraki m1a1 why shouls he use apdsfs when he is manly fighting infantry and give support fire. So why should he be loading only apdsfs

The majority of all tank-related engagements are against Infantry and light vehicles. There is no need for APFSDS 99 percent of the time.

And, even if they can, is there a single piece of footage where you can say with absolute certainty that the explosion itself overcame the bulkhead door and not some damage, malfunction, or open bulkhead that caused it?
Get us a m1 and some amunition and we test it :)
How many abrams has been lossed or its ammunition storage been strucked, with a video of them or properly documented ?
If the footage of these tests doesn’t make them believe, I don’t think anything will do so.

Many actually. It’s almost always due to the bulkhead being open or damaged. You’ve seen at least 2 to 3 Abrams in this conversation struck in the turret bustle, one of which was a fatal rear hit.
I actually play Russia a lot myself. It’s not a “Russian Bias” thing as it effects the T-90M greatly.

Notice the pattern in how the ammunition always cooks off. It’s not blowing the vehicle apart, and the crew escapes alive.
The Abrams does not detonate from HE and HEAT-FS being loaded.
Yes, because the bulkhead door can resist it when undamaged and closed. Physics is wonderful.
Even better, this was with non-inert ammunition. This Abrams uses ammunition we find in War Thunder currently and easily proves that HEAT rounds cannot harm the M1 series when the bulkhead is closes and undamaged.
