About BTR-90 there’s no right place to be, I’m just suggesting 9.7 because its armor but same time considering the weaponry.
Have you ever played BTR-80A? Considering that you don’t care about the vehicle, you also don’t care learning about this platform.
And 9.7 doesn’t really matter, it will, most of the time, be playing on 10.3 or 10.0 considering the current compression on high tiers.

Every berezhok should come with ±5 meters atgm spread
(I won’t even start talking about the gun spread)
Gun spread is already bad, it’s just not noticed because of CQB maps (I.e. 2M42 on the Ka-50’s shaking like they just saw a ghost)
It’s very noticeable at 1km+, and especially when on the move.
If you can’t survive a hit or long enough for the missile to travel to target, it’s worthless in the first place.
Lets compare it to another largely unarmored fast tiny FAV that exists at 9.7, the Wisel TOW, its got, less ATGMs, no autocannon, inferior ATGMs, is stabilized and cannot fire on the move.
If you think that is somehow equivalent I don’t know what else to say.
Tell that to every single other AFV in the game beyond the Puma, even the legendary Namer cannot reliably tank rounds, this is a moot point.

Imagine being able to fire from behind cover, with TDA missiles and being the size of a damn smart car…
And the Berzhok system doesn’t stabilize at high speeds either, not to mention gun spread and the missile having to line up with the optic makes it a moot point…
China has a Kornet equivalent at 9.0

Would be 9.3-9.7 for the BTR-90M Berezhok probably, the 2A42 cannon is, okay, but, it’s just alright at 10.0-11.0…
I feel like it would kinda dunk on the late leopards though, good thing 9.3-9.7 is up tier hell.
9.3 of it gets only APDS, 9.7 of it gets APFSDS probably

Russia really needs new vehicles, we haven’t really gotten anything interesting since last year with the T-90M, everything else has been copy paste premiums or SPAA

What kind of comparison is this? TOW system to Berezhok? In no moment I said they’re equivalent. But I would say in a combat vehicle x MBT, Wiesel 1A2 would be in a better position due to its size. BTR not satisfied of being loud, its also slow at short ranges for a wheeled vehicle.
Type 87 RCV, VCC-80/60, VBC (PT2) gets APFSDS rounds at 9.0, shouts to Type 87 RCV, has a higher fire rate with the 25mm Oerlikon KBA B02 than BMP-2/M has with the 30mm Shipunov 2A42.
All of those vehicles lack ATGMs, and the VCC 80/60 is more comparable to the 2S38 or HSTV-L in its role. The BMP-3 is 9.0 with only APDS and a worse ATGM, with a 20 second reload instead of 4 ready to fire. Which is why I think it should go to 9.3 if it has only APDS.
Just because they are happening doesn’t mean they should, in fact the Kornets below 10.3 should get moved up

Imagine having more than 2 crew. Oh no the literal tiny rat tank can sometimes hide in a bush, such a amazing ability to trade for having a vastly inferior ATGM system.
Can you fire the system above 6 km/h, yes, yes you can, congrats you beat every other ground launched ATGM in the game.
That cant fire on the move and has vastly inferior missile flight performance and no cannon system. It is a VAB with slightly better missiles and thats it.

To be fair, it should be at 8.7, along with the PBV-302 BILL. Oh, and the BILL system should get its Gen-1 thermal imager, similar to the one on the TOW.
