Hi does the battlepass have instant rewards? For example like the call of duty battlepass?
No, you have to claim your rewards manually. Even if you bought it out, you still have to collect each individual reward manually.
All except those levels that open a Challenge for you, those actually do activate automatically. But yeah, the rest . . . you gotta do the click thing to get the rewards
