Testing, mearly testing, whilst the tank exists in another tree already SHOULD NOT be a reason for inclusion within a tech tree.
The allies tested nearly everything Germany had in WW2, so what, we just bastardise their entire WW2 tree?
Obviously things like the Sherman, Leo 1, T-72 etc which saw ACTIVE SERVICE with multiple armies represented in-game are going to be numerous and found in multiple trees.
However, things like the Tiger 2 or T-80U, (absolute pinnacles of technology for their time and standout additions within their own nations tech tree) should not be trivialised in such a way whereby everyone gets one.

Most people agree with you on that but if you look through youd find that gaijin decided this was the route they wanted to take instead of just adding the kv-1b which was used by finland.
The T-80U? Produced 84’-97’? Top of the line at the time? Modernized 5 years after M1A1->M1A2, to a modification of only an IRCM, that didn’t even work against TOWs.
The Abrams, produced 85’-90’, upgraded before the T-80U. M1A2, produced 90’-92’, 120mm gun upgrade, and numerous armor packages.
Your calling the T-80U top of the line for the time? Don’t get me started at the Leopard 2. Sweden didn’t really need the T-80U, they could have done without, but the Tiger II is something they actually needed. Same with the Mi-28A.
What’s next? MiG-29 for swden because it flew past Finland?

When other nations test stuff, Gajin is very reluctant to add these units, even if there ARE gaps withing TTs.
Like Germany tested F-15, F-20, F-16, Cobra helis etc… Nothing of this will ever be added. But Sweden gets everything. What a wild mix of foreign countries tech this is. Ger, Rus, GB, FIN, US…all withing one TT. Its worse than Chinese TT.
Thats because those nations have options that can be added.
Sweden is already the best TT. Best top tier jet. Best top tier tanks and also extremly good in between. They even have a formidable helicopter fleet ingame, with Apache and Mi-28. While IRL they used nothing of this.
There are no gaps which need further treatment. German TT is cannibalized too much lately. Italy, Sweden… Sick seeing Bf-109s, Junkers, Panzers, Arados, Leopards, Tigers in ‘Swedish’ sevice.
Seems like you haven’t played it cause that is the most basic and whiney take that i expect from someone who hasn’t played. I agree they are strong at 10.0+ tanks and they have 1 compettive jet finally but the rest is pure cope. Im still waiting for gaijin to give me my 5.7 light tanks and additional medium around 6.x since they promised when they removed the 10.5 and panther 2. If you want people to take your opinion seriously though dont make it so cope esq. The tree has some strong parts but ill take Germany for almost every BR line up until 10.0 because i hate the fact that we dont have the skyranger or the boxer. I want some fun light tanks at higher brs and a new spaa but what i want even more is more Tam models pls and generally more light tanks from 3.0 and up as there isnt a lot of variety imo.

I hope the model is still being worked on, most of it is excellent but the insides of the roadwheels are quite bad.

the swedish HKP15 (aka a109 luh) was never armed and never intended to do anty tank missions. The one in the picture is a belgian A109BA

To Gaijins credit it does appear to be a totally new model, it’s far higher quality than the German one.
The Jagdpanther models also have lacklustre inside wheel details but it it’s far better than this, the Jagdpanther is just missing bolts
Probs just me not noticing it but i hope it has the high detail textures the jagdpanthers and IS’s have
just because it’s good on top tier doesn’t mean it’s good overall. The rest of the Swedish air tree is known for being a very mixed bag, and that top tier jet is the best, but that was also after years of dealing with mediocre jets. The rest of the ground tree is also kind of a mixed bag, with a bunch of gaps in lineups, same for the air tree.
