Hello, I have a problem with the battle tasks, I complete them and level up in the battle pass but I don’t get my reward. I have leveled up 2 times but I haven’t received the rewards.
The ones with a green tick you have received (or completed for the challenges).
The ones with a padlock are not available as you’re on the “Free” battle pass. To get access to them you need to purchase the Battle Pass. Details are in this post:

yes I know that lvl in the battle pass hasn’t gone up, I should be at lvl 12 and not 10
Maybe I’m missing it, but is there something in your screenshots that is indicating the missing 2 levels?
Or are you just showing it says level 10 and you say you should be level 12?

That is all your pictures account for
So you could have done one Special Task for the missing 5 points required for your current standing 10/1.
You pictures only show that have reached Level 10. No contradicion to be seen.
The counter is bugged though. Log out, log in, play a game.
thank you very much for your time! i have also completed two (Challenger) missions.
i also know that i have to fill the bar (Level 10) to go up to the lower bar to the next level.
the error i am facing is that i have completed the upper bar 2 times but i have not leveled up on the lower bar, instead of 12 it is stuck at 10
if you haven’t already, try the exit game and log back in … (or wait a bit longer). Unfortunately these sort of interface errors where tasks/rewards etc aren’t showing as completed/received are fixed by an exit.
