one month ago my warthunder account was hacked and used by different users. I immediately changed my password and reported the incident to technical support. I have received information “This is not the issue that can be resolved via bug reports”. Today I try to login to my Warthunder account and I found that my account is permanently banned. I really like this game and I have already spend a long time to play it and also some money. Is there any chance that my account could unbanned?
