There is a separate sight for air to ground gunnery.
One for bombs
One for missiles as well.
However on the FA.2 if you fire all the sidewinder but have amraam you have to cycle all the way back to the AAM sight as it will not register the amraam or sidewinder if you finished the previous amount of missiles.
so the fixed distance sight (the one I actually use) is the one that’s broken… lovely news

It had a computer calculated lead point CCIL that was used for ATA until you could get radar lock than you got EEGS

The CCIL is better for air to air gunnery though.

Before, I guess it didnt for “balancing reasons” but I think both AV-8Ss got the same RWR as the FA2, so it should be fine now

Yeah, Gunjob did try, but the FAA museum said no. I’ve been trying to find information on the Mk1 Seaspray radar from the RN Lynx which the Blue Fox is a modified version of. Might be able to get a few tweaks via that

bro that little string SUCKS compared to a fixed distance sight are you sure there wasn’t one? the one on harrier 2 works great its weird that harrier 1 doesn’t have such a thing

It’s the same thing except one just shows you the predicted path of the round when in motion
