Yes the turn performance of the Harrier 2 is pretty close, however the climb rates AOA acceleration are too low.
The Harrier 1 turn rates are just not even close to their IRL standard.
A lot of work has already gone into just the Harriers flight performance.
They should also all have soot free exhaust and have very small IR signatures yet they burn very hot.
Speed limit is obviously not affected by throttle
Re-did the top speed with around 92.5-93% throttle (715 deg engine temp) and top speed was 0.91 instead of 0.92
Still a long way from around Mach 0.828 specified in the charts …
Acceleration should also still be valid
But unfortunately for you that is an H-M diagram and not top speed…
That’s not the top speed of the plane but more its ability to reach X height from X speed.
Although the difference is small lol.
Its still quite slow
I don’t see how 1G flight envelope is anything other than the top speed that it can reach at level flight
They are fundamentally similar. (from a gaijin standpoint its better to use the 1G level flight envelope.)
The Harrier 2 is worse than the Harrier 1 in almost everyway in terms of air to air combat.

Possibly, I haven’t found anything yet for it but I’d imagine so long as it fits on the same racks then yeah it would work.
It’s interesting that the Outrigger pylons are included in this AV-8B+ brochure

Do I need to point out that they are also referenced in the AV-8B+ manual(s), which is most certainly not a British product.
As far as I know, as far as it was explained to me and as far as I have read, the Outrigger pylon can be used on all AV-8B Radars that were built from 0 and not as a conversion from older DA.
So…
The manual also mentions that these pylons should never be used and the only time we have ever seen an AV-8B+ with outriggers is when it was advertised to the only nation that used them
