I think it’s a weird choice too, an F-5 folder would’ve allowed for them to be in the Thai line. But maybe they just saw the gap in the second line and decided that splitting Thai Navy planes off to there would be convenient?
CL-41G and Hawk 208 are Malaysian, so I think they would be great to fill out rank V and VII in the Malaysian (5th) line.
Indonesian aircraft will likely find their place in the 4th line eventually. That’s most likely the reason they left it so empty.

I’d guess we will see them quite soon, with devs finally moving away R2Y2 folder from the line and Indo airforce decals appearing and being postponed, either by the end of this year or early next year we will see Indo line emerging

My guess is the first 5th gen update. Earlier leaks said it’d be F-22/Su-57/J20 first with others getting new missiles for 4.5th gens and F-35s and update later.
The Indonesian Rafale is the only aircraft needed to make sure all nations can get that now that we also have the Greek Rafale, so this is probably when they’ll add at leat a small batch of Indonesian aircraft.

Honestly if you want my take I think 5th gens might be delayed specially with how much gaijin has focused on Nuclear Thunder, it would also be the smartest decision since we lack mechanics such as ECM for example, I’d rather see them flesh out the game first rather than rush yet another set/generation of aircraft. Also plans could change regarding the addition of the 5th gens, sounds really dumb to add 5th gens to just the big 3 in the field than EVERYONE else who just need a copy pasted jet across the board (F-35) and make them wait for it. We’ll see what happens

I’d honestly hope you are right with that, 5th gens now would still seem quite rushed. That said I wouldn’t be entirely surprised if it would happen anyways.

Yeah me neither really, they’ve done this before but for once I just hope they take their time and flesh out the game with mechanics and existing trees with subtrees, this year has been good with that so far and I hope they continue until Spring or Summer next year with 5th gens dropping in Winter

performance is similar to the British tree Strikemaster, yeah 6.3 material, or maybe 6.0 even given it has only 2 7.62mm external gun pod able to sling unlike 4 on Strikemaster and 6 on MB-326B, adding MB-339AM might be a higher BR one as it has access to DEFA cannon
or 11.0 if give AIM-9L (as 209 has AIM-9P-4)

The MB-339A’s are incapable of carrying any guided munitions. That capability is only added until the B & C models of the MB-339, even then that’s not an guarantee.

Reason why C.10 is 13.3 now is not AESA radar. It’s Derby buff and airframe it has. You can see JF-17 be 13.3 as well, no AESA.
it was 13.0 for reference and it only has 4 A2A loadout, you can either fit all 4 Derby or 2 Derby and 2 Python, the Derby buff itself isn’t too significant, a fella on other discussion told me that was one of the reason
JF-17 can load 6 missiles max thanks to dual pylon for PL-12
again, we don’t know exactly how many AMRAAM FA-50 will able to carry, either just 2 or 4 under wing, because there’s no official loadout sheet with it, and radar wise it has PhantomStrike AESA radar
