Yeah, apparently adding gunpods to the tech tree Arado is not as profitable as selling it as separate premium for 50 bucks.

The Netz (mod) also “just” has a bunch more CMs, the F-4S “just” has a better flight model, the Su-39 “just” has a much better variety of armament options, etc

Gaijin just loves sneaky P2W aspects and for certain vehicles it really is atrocious, once you get into the impact of those improvements when the vehicle is used by someone that isn’t a wallet warrior
The F-14Ds radar is a huge improvement over the F-14Bs radar and the amount of added weapons the Su-39 gets is ridiculous

Yes.
Is the 3d model used identical to the tech tree variant or is it a more modern 3d model like the others with higher standards?
And could we possibly expect you to port the new model over to the other arado ingame?
And acting like the Arado has any use at 6.7/3 that the 50mm 262 cant do 10 times better…

Heck, those 20mm guns really don’t do jack in GRB with their 21mm pen ground target belt

6.3 lineup for what, air arcade? A MG151 gun pack is not a better option for CAS than an additional 500 kg bomb so how would this realistically increase its BR in GRB? We have split BRs for this exact reason so the BR can increase in ARB without affecting GRB BR and lineups.

As much as I love seeing the Arado get its long awaited gunpods, this really isn’t the way they should be added.
The bug report was for the tech tree version and in your own words it’s “Compatible” with that plane.
Locking the one modification that makes the plane “Good” in Air RB behind what can only be described as an expensive paywall is very disappointing.
On top of that the reasoning you give for not adding it to the tech tree one simply makes very little sense.
The 151 gunpod won’t have hardly any affect on its Ground RB performance since the armoured target belt is kind of useless vs anything except open top vehicles, plus most people will almost always run the loadout with 3 bombs anyway in ground battles.
This is another one of the specific reasons we have split BR’s for Air RB and Ground RB, so that planes can be balanced between the modes depending on their performance and strength.
I would ask that devs to please reconsider adding the 151 Gunpod to the techtree version and not leave it as a long awaited modification that is now quite literally locked behind a 50 euro paywall.
