This Sunday we will be hosting our first community event a War Thunder Grand Prix! All you have to do to take part in our first community night is, apply to the APST in-game, join our discord and then make sure you are in the voice chat for 7pm GMT on Sunday the 10th of November.
# Apex Grand Prix!
Start your engines! Get ready to tear up the track in two thrilling tank races!
## Event 1: Downhill Domination! (warm-up)
Picture this: You’re gridded up at the summit of a treacherous slope , the wind whipping through your hair (or what would be your hair if you were a tank commander). Below you lies a winding, bumpy track that seems to stretch on for an eternity. Your objective? Drop the hammer and let gravity be your co-driver! This downhill sprint is all about pedal to the metal speed , hairpin turns , and a healthy dose of balls-to-the-wall daring. First one to the bottom with their treads or tracks intact takes the checkered flag and basks in the glory.
## Event 2: The Tankathlon!
Think you’re the next Max Verstappen of the tank world? Then prepare for the ultimate test of skill! We’ve scoured the battlefields of War Thunder to find the most challenging, most treacherous, most downright insane obstacle course imaginable. Chicanes, hairpin bends, jumps , maybe even a fiery ring of doom (okay, maybe not that last one ). Navigate this track with speed and precision, and you could be walking away with a hefty purse of 1000 Golden Eagles and a cool Discord role!
