Anything said without staff highlight is me I am allowed to have my own opinion and I have no issue with people using AI at I stated “hey CoPilot is that you” because as I said before its a very well know output for said AI Tool.

People getting upset because you asked if its AI IMO is so silly as to me it highlights to me at least that AI is somehow deemed bad and isn’t to be used which is silly.

Let’s start with the fact that War Thunder uses a server-authoritative model, meaning that critical gameplay logic — such as physics, positioning, penetration, damage, speed, collisions, reload, and even visibility — is calculated on the game server. Even if there is an attempt to manipulate these elements on the client side, it will be ignored by the server and may additionally result in the player being flagged as a cheater.

Meanwhile, there are cheats that make manually guided missiles behave like R-73s don’t lie, be honest with the community

Speak for yourself. Every single game I die to people that dont make sound because they arent rendered. That has been going on since 2025, even 2024. I sent multiple tickets, all were ignored and closed. They know their system doesnt work and they willfully close an eye to this, either because it would require too much work to fix or because they’ve got something else to hide. Keen vision doesn’t help at all, I have it trained at max on every crew i have. That youtube video only confirmed what I already knew.

We don’t have any issues with critical cheats. That’s why we installed two anti-cheats, one of which resembles malware and accesses player data without any notification or consent.

Put the cheaters, cheat creators, and cheat distributors in jail, or accept the current methods. We are at a crossroads. It is time to chose which path you think is best for society.

I highly doubt anyone will be put in jail for messing with a bunch of pixels. Also, what if someone is falsely accused of cheating? How do they prove innocence if the game company accusing them is the only one with access to game files? Anyway, I feel like war thunder’s anti cheat system is good against cheating, but it definitely seems dodgy in terms of data. I did see a small review bomb go on because if it, I would like to see some clarification to see just where my data is going

People are upset about data-collecting but I for one accept the all-seeing Gaijin overlords to take all of our data and analyze them and think it should go even further if necessary. Ban all cheaters.

Considering its violating European privacy law I propose Gaijin bans European countries and disables European tech trees, only way to solve this issue, America too while we’re at it
