Considering the addon armour and 15mm, the Surblinde should be a higher BR. I also think that the Surbaisse is the weakest out of all of 7.7 France, and has the greatest case for moving down in BR.
Overall I think the BRs are too compressed to change either BRs.
Surbiassé is actually pretty strong; which for some reason Somua SM is lighter and yet better armored, has a great cannon, the oscillating can make the cannon more stable specially at higher speeds with the decent gun handling.
They could just give the Surbaisse its 20mm mg and (If i recall correctly) Proper reload/penetration
i got to the saumur museum couple years ago and the mount for the MG was for a 12.7mm browning (.50)

It would take 3 hours to implement empty br between 8.0 and 9.0 to separate WWII and Cold War stuff then one between 11.0 and 12.0 to separate Cold War and Modern era.
That would mean bringing back old system that we had for planes before 1.29 update …expanding tiers and decompressing BR’s
Then they would be able to remove all fillers from BR’s where they don’t belong .
This applies to both Tanks and Planes.
Honestly, yes. Just give it a better armour and a good machine fun. No need to change its br then and delete the surblindé if the game xD
Yeah, that’s a real issue… I feel like some tanks arent good both at .3 or .7 something.
Is Surbaisse missing armor? I assumed it was less armored than the Surblinde given its name meaning under-armor, but I do remember seeing the gun should have higher penetration
the name means “lowered”, not “under-armored”.
I just don’t know if its missing armor or not compared to reality
It was mounted there by museum staff since for some reason the 20mm was removed before it got to the museum.
