FG.1 is literally identical of FGR.2.
Probably, You confused to F-4J(UK) aka F-4Junk.

You cannot say x is better than y when you have no idea then
Then don’t?
I already only speak on subjects I’ve learned.
You saying RB71 > R-24R, you say you tested it vs AIM-7M from a F-16 and you won on your FG1 (wich means that the F-16 player is a noob bc holy moly), if you want to test wich missile is best come to a custom, just BVR and you will see wich missile reach the other first
I stated that Skyflash with PD radars > R-24R with a standard radar.
That is a fact.
You put AIM-7M on F-4E, and the F-4J will win with AIM-7E-2s every time.
The Kai gets a better radar and AIM-7F AND slats. The FGR.2 or F.3 would not be at the same BR. They should both go down to 11.7 and get AIM-9L. The FG.1 doesn’t need 9L and should go down to 11.3 for obvious reasons.
No they’re not. One’s a Navy aircraft the other is an Air Force aircraft. Same same but different.
R-24R radar with MiG-23 variants radar is better than Skyflash in any situation, R-24R still has a CW seeker, you just proved you don’t know what are you talking about
EJ Kai doesn’t have wing slats.
Only regular E model, F model and S model has.
Also, British Phantoms has insane engines at low altitudes instead of bad radar.
In the case of Navy Phantoms, it has AIM-7F and HMD, instead of a similarly worse radar.
Yeah, if they gets same IRAAMs, these Phantoms would be side grade.
I mean gameplay.
Cooler camouflage and longer nose gear (and different flaps) do nothing to affect gameplay.
And that’s where you’re wrong. More lift = better turn time.
Flight model data says no.
It differs in only about few lines, and those are all unrelated to flaps.
Anyway, all these different parts can be ignored because it gives nothing difference for gameplay or playstyle.
BTW, Skyflash/RB71 is still poorly modeled in the game.
Currently the Inverse monopulse seeker is not modeled correctly in the game and, they should be able to hit targets that are hugging the ground, ignoring multipath to some degree irl.
If it is modeled correctly, the R-23R/R-24R, Skyflash/RB71, and AIM-7M should be even more deadly SARH missiles.
Though, still slower than quite a few other aircraft. Back when it was FGR2 vs Mig-21 it mattered. But now things like the Mirage F1 and Mig-23MLD are faster. its barely an advantage anymore. At least in Sim, you get outrun all the time.
Top speed meta is already gone since 2019 because of AAMs.
Since it has better engine thrust, it should have some advantage in an ACM between Phantoms in 2c fight.
The radar has a MTI/SRC mode, but the R-24R has a CW seaker, witch results in this:
Yeah, this is why I consider the R-24R the best SARH of that entire BR range
If the JA37D can be equipped with a modern RWR, the combination of RB74 and RB99 could make this aircraft a decent 13.0 fighter.
Yes and no, viggen still remains a really heavy plane and it doesnt have any speed after 1 turn nor does it regain it
Would desperately need BOL fixed first, Trust me… BOL barely works at that BR
I could easily kill the vast majority of air RB players with underperforming aircraft or troll vehicles, doesn’t mean that the vehicle in question is good.
There are always going to be people who don’t know how to play or simply don’t care to learn flying in your match and we refer to them as “cannon fodder”. There’s even a title for it that newbs earn pretty early on in their grind.
