Are the devs sleeping or something? I don’t get what’s so hard about switching an engine to make hundreds of people happy

The F-15EX is still hanging around, so there will almost certainly be a second F-15E at some point (The F-16XL as the premium option is likely). It’s not like they’re going to rush the F-22 / F-35, right? And there aren’t that many more airframes before we get there (F-16V, F/A-18E, F-14D, B-1, B-21, etc.).
I don’t expect the F-15EX to come any time in the next 2 years, but I could be wrong. If the leaks were correct and the US gets the south korean subtree then we could see the F-15K which would be amazing

I still don’t understand the reasoning behind F-15E not getting 229 engines. Making F-15C obsolete? Isn’t exactly the same happening in Israeli tech tree right now?? Mavericks aren’t worthy reason for lack of better engines, especially AGM-65D’s.
Surely it’s not to force players to play other nations to get a better experience ^^ clueless

That’s what we’re all wondering, still have no real definitive answers from the devs, all we can do is hope one gives an answer here or we get the engines in a dev server update

Still a horrible deal, after the maverick buff, even the 65D is 1 hitting tanks reliably. We don’t need 6 Gs

Yea they’re also slower, the 65D is fine imo
Regardless, personally i don’t feel like 229 engines would make that much of an impact in ground rb, and mavericks don’t really matter much in air rb, so its a pointless nerf to the F-15E
