A video example would be very helpful here lol. If this isn’t caused by packet loss it’s hard to say what the issue actually is without seeing it in action.

to be fair i wouldn’t bank at that higher degree of an angle, your just asking to crash.

He’s tilting on the roll axis (so would that be the Z axis, if Y is pitch and X is yaw?)…
Now addressing the OP itself
It looks like your rolling too far and your rudder can’t keep your nose up. I’d try banking at a less extreme angle and just using the mouse sim to turn around. But if you ideas set on doing harder turns in the PE-8 I’d say manually do it with keybindings, mine are WASD. I’d roll then use the rudder to nose up (in the case of the screenshot) and use the pitch axis to nose around. Then I’d roll the other way and level out

my plane just started tilting and I played like over 200 games after the original post. So I lost it and had no other encounters since I play little to no planes.
so you mean that the plane starts rolling without ANY input at all?
It sounds like connection issues.
Mb for the inactivity. Basicly yeah it starts rolling without input. Recently I also noticed both in tanks and air no matter the account half my controls stoped working. The mains I noticed were:
Esc button
A Button
Y button or for zoom
Spacebar for binoculars
Ctrl for - thrust in air
And MB5 for zoom
These are the mains I noticed. The not working problem lasts for 2 - 5 min. Ive also switched recently to all servers so I get a faster match. Ive switched back to EU and still the same problem. My ping avrages at 40 so idk whats going on. Might be outdated drivers?
are you having issues in other games as well? Ity might be hardware.
Nope my hardware is pretty new. Games like PZ, Trailmakers, HOI4, FS22 and many others run perfectly fine.
