Currently, in top-tier air combat environments, most aircraft have multiple countermeasures, but a few aircraft above version 14.0 only have 60 to 70 countermeasures. As most aircraft are equipped with multiple missiles, these few aircraft obviously have insufficient countermeasures. For example, the J10C and F18E have particularly few countermeasures, whereas the same models, like the JAS 39C and the Swedish F18, have significantly more. I hope that the few top-tier aircraft can carry more countermeasures.
If they are missing countermeasures, you will need to submit a bug report them, otherwise there isnt anything that can be done

Gaijin typically goes by how many countermeasures the aircraft could physically carry in real life. It appears that Gaijin believes for instance the J-10C doesn’t carry many countermeasures, which you can look for on the actual aircraft because the countermeasure dispensers are there. This was talked about in the J-10C thread which you might find of some interest.
J-10c already has incorrect amount of countermeasure modeled if you look at its model, it should have far less than 72. But 72 is the theoretical max it could bring if it took only large calibre cms and not the very large cms its model has in game.
Unfortunately nothing can be done outside Gaijin accepting a successful bug report proving they have more CMs

Yes, I have seen it, and this model can deploy countermeasures of different calibers in different environments. I also saw it at an airshow, and it wasn’t just limited to 74 countermeasures.
I haven’t seen anything smaller than the large calibre cms that it is currently modeled with in game. Do you have pictures?
