Hahahaha. Don’t worry we shall lose many many carriers to subs but we shall fight in the air and on the sea and launch our aircraft to fight and protect while we get torpedo to death lol.
When we do get them we shall fight like gentlemen and kill every ship we see while our planes go down .
It’d be so cool using decoys to deceive dipping sonars and Heli dropped torpedoes and depth charges.

Uboat had a early system I will find it’s name but it was a air can that would make a lot of noise.

That is what anti-submarine aircraft and helicopters are for to launch from the deck.

I hope if they do go with the Carriers we get one of my favorite unfinshed Japanese carriers the ibuki with all her glory of being likley really bad except in AA (rocket launchers)
Hopefully we see the Japanese 12 cm (4.7") AA Rocket Launcher some where even though they likely will suck

I doubt we’d ever get those, especially if they work like UP AA on the Admiral class Battlecruiser or what used to be on the AF D3 or what isn’t modelled on the current Type 5. Where they fire cable mines on parachutes.

no it shoots rockets at the plane not some sort of sky mine. (time fuse) would look like a firework. could be balanced by long reload.

Most of the surviving Carriers added them for one reason or another there pure breed battleships never really got them besides maybe one. Hopefully a time fuse dumb rocket for the Unrotated Projectile launchers are found. They are modeled in game they just dont do anything.

Truthfully I do hope that naval goes farther that we do get our carriers or subs or cold war era navay ships.
