I’d expect it’s just an A, since Cs will probably come in a couple updates with AMRAAMs rather than now without and getting them later.
Maybe, tbh i kinda hope its not a 2a7v as thats too big of a jump imo, they have a good few other picks that would work better with the strv 122b+ and sepv2.

I mean also they don’t have all the features of mbt’s modelled (especially like the ballistic computer all western ones have), so it is also what change/improvement is implemented, or is it just better ammo and thermals
I wonder how they would deal with the increased acceleration but same HP, historically vehicles with lower HP have been slower regardless how efficent the drive train / transmition are, good example is the type 10.
I agree, the 2E would be pretty ideal for 12.0. On a similar note, I’m extremely surprised they went with the T-90M instead of the T-90AM. Seems like quite a step up from current top tier vehicles.

The strv-122b is legitimately just a better Leopard 2a7v i dont see why you wouldn’t add the 2a7v
No one seems to be talking about the new fire effects on the burnt out panzers. Y’all think that’s gonna be a real thing or only added for the trailer?
doubt that they’d take too long to add the hornet, im guessing its coming in a couple of updates, most likely the second half of next year which will probably come with the addition of Fox 3 missiles
F/A-18A and its Canadian counterpart (before they were eventually upgraded) were only capable of firing Sparrows, not AMRAAMs. They’d be pretty perfect for 12.3. I definitely think they will be added before 5th gen missiles like the AMRAAM, and fully anticipated them being the main draw of this update (at least before the leak list came out). If not this update, probably the next. Especially as Britain needs a top tier fighter or two (Indian MiG-29/29Ks and CF-18?)

The Challenger II whatever for rank VIII ground. As much as I am enthusiastic to see these vehicles, specifically the Gripen, I can’t help but say that now there’s more of a grind.
it does not have gen 3 thermals, better acceleration, L55A1 barrel/gun and most likley wont have anything that can beat DM73. 2A7V would still be better
you’re 100% right that britain needs a new top tier urgently, although i think that active radar missiles should be coming probably late 2024/early 2025 considering how fast things are going, with the time between the addition of the viper and the eagle being a year apart.

In theory, the chinese should also get flankers, at least in the shape of J-11’s. Although im pretty sure that the chinese air force did have some original russian flankers around, so idk.
