Well, wrong. AIM-120A/B/C-4 is even short range then AIM-7F/M/P, the maximum fire range of AIM-120A/B/C-4 is 50km, AIM-7M/P is 70km, so AIM-120A/B/C-4 combat efficiency range may only 1/3 of 50km range
AIM-120A/B/C-3/4 – 27 nmi (50 km)
AIM-120C-5/6/7 – 57 nmi (105 km)
AIM-120D – 86 nmi (160 km)
So the version before AIM-120C-5 actually is the similar, at least range is same, their range is shorter than AIM-7M/P, that’s why USAF F15 still mix loaded AIM-7 with AIM-120 in desert storm, AIM-120 is not that strong as you think, until AIM-120C-5
Stat wise this is true, but in terms of acceleration and the missile not instantly going stupid and flying into the ground like most AIM-7’s have a history of doing, it would be a massive help

the Aim-120 is way better then the Aim-7

There is not major difference between J-11 and su27s, in other word the su 27sk is the J-11a. The major difference is the late verson (last few series) been updated by Belarus 588 Avionics Factory to get the chance to use R-77

we are at the very beginning of Gen 4 aircraft, chill out
AIM-120A has a range of 60nmi or 100kms, no, it is very far from being shorter range than the AIM-7M, stop being a copycat.

Speechless! That, THAT is how you do a trailer! Simply epic well done
What’s the name of the music?

The R-27EA, the only possible ARH variant of the R-27 family was never even developed past the paper stage. It was dropped very early on for the R-77 family of missiles.

95% is made by musicians they hire( so no public)
Hmm…Unless we get the AIM-120C-5 otherwise, the MOR is too short for A/B/C-4 when compare to AIM-7M/P and R27ER can still hit you for it superior performance and range. 1 more thing for AIM120 A/B is it is very easy to blue on blue if your friendly planes is in front of you with your enemies
F-15A MSIP II, but more likely an early build F-15C, which were compatible with a whole range of A-G weapons that later were divested from its arsenal as the F-15E entered IOC.

Again you are wrong, the AIM-120A alone was a more than capable platform with a delta V exceeding that of the AIM-7M and a range far exceeding it at over 100km.

EA is actually possible as some of newer su27s were carrying it but it used r77 seeker instead the proposed 27ea one
The R-27EA was never produced. That is flatly impossible.

AIM-120 from surface launch has 20km range, AIM-7F has approximately 26km range in similar conditions.
However, at altitude and launched from speed the AMRAAM has slightly better range due to battery life and lofting.
The R-27ER has quite literally almost double the range of the AIM-120 and when launched in a head-on (with no deviation or maneuvering) from 60km should reach the target nearly 20 seconds sooner. This would be before the AIM-120 has gone active.
and the handicapped typhoon that you may be looking for is the BAe EAP, sadly they denied it (why though? would be 100% balanced with SuperTEMPs and 9Ls at 12.0/12.3)
