AIM 120B for KWS ICE

I’d like to see (as a German main) for the F4F ICE to get some better missiles since its out preformed in pretty much everything except maybe CAS, I’m aware that Germany gets good ground but I’m not talking about that (I know some people like to point that out)

Aim-120A and Aim-120B are 100% identical.

There are no other missile options for it, except maybe IRIS-T (I think it trialed them) but then ASRAAM, Aim-9X, etc etc would also be added and the ICE would move to 14.0+.

Its getting a MASSIVE buff by moving down to 13.0 next major update. (its closest equal, the F3 Late, isn’t)

If a missile has a different letter in its name, it doesn’t mean it’s better.

The 120B is identical to the A currently. It should be very slightly better with better inertial tracking. But either way the ICE should get 120Bs because that’s the model it historically used-120As were far rarer. Same really for every aircraft that carries the 120A, especially non-american ones- 120Bs massively outnumbered As and As were primarily kept stateside.
Like if I remember correctly (take this with a boulder of salt) Germany got on the order of 30 120As for trials and the UK got like 80, compared to over a thousand 120Bs each. Italy, Israel, and Japan never used 120As.

AiM-120A = AiM-120B

unlike other derivatives of American missiles like AiM-9Li and AiM-9B FGW.2 AMRAAM A and B are identical for the game’s purposes

you can infact make an AIM-120A into an AIM-120B with a software update

AIM120A = AIM120B
There is no difference, sorry.
