The mere existence of the KH-38MT is BS, especially since th CM502 was added WITHOUT its modular warhead, aka it not having the advertised HEAT warhead…
A shaped-charge warhead for a 2,000-pound missile? What for? If that missile already destroys everything within a 10-meter radius.
is there suggestions for it to be added on existing planes they should be able to carry it if im not bamboozled by some information i read or someone need to do bug report?
f16 and f18c late in game should have it and f15e did test it and its compatible but idk more than this

Gaijin would find a way to make it no better than the maverick. Most likely outcome is giving it the same lock range since it probably relies heavily on LOAL in real life
That would be quite hard to do. Though at closer ranges, say <10km the Maverick will still be better since it is a bit faster there. For any medium to long range (especially lower altitude shots) the SLAM should actually just be faster on average. Low altitude kinematics is quite important I’d say with SPAA just becoming more and more long range and having an easier time shooting down munitions too.
At least for the lock range, the AGM-84E should be exactly the same performance as the IIR Mavericks as they use the same seeker irl. The US “copy pasted” their TV and IIR seekers around a lot so in this case Gaijin would not be incorrect. The same could be true for the SLAM-ER actually, according to the product card of the SLAM-ER, the front is just some cover over what seems like the old Maverick seekerhead:
So don’t expect wonders for the lock range.
Yeah itll basically just be a maverick with a long range GNSS mode unkess gaijin decides to add air to ground datalink
