You physically cannot face either of these planes as of right now. Don’t make stuff up. 13.0s do not see 14.3s. The last time an F-4F can even see the Su-30SM was when the cap was 14.0, which is like last year by now?

It does not happen. Unless you’re 1. squadded uptier or 2. this was way back when the cap was 14.0, there is no way you’re facing a Su-30SM naturally.
Frankly the only real threat at 14.0 are the Mica Mirage 2000s (with one of the worst radars of the bracket).
it still doesnt beat the F15E doing the Eurofighter methode of going to space and spam.
and mica is meh at 25km and less.
Here you can see 1 of my teammates uses the f15E which is 14.0 material so yes im not lying when i actually face people like su30Sm f15E etc also ignore the name of my teammate idk why his name is like that
Personally i think F-15E is 2nd tier bc C msip can do basically the same job, and given that the meta is within visual range (20km), mica is top dog for that.
Superdowntiers in arcade mode is not relevant to the discussion. Arcade BR is well known to be far more arbitrary and stupid.
