But better panther cant have same br as regular panther
corrected.
People seem to dispute 6.7 or 6.0. I think 6.3 is good, better than panthers (at 6.0) but worse than panther II 8.8cm kwk (at 7.0)
It’s on 7.0 now
Why should the old br come back to make the new irl Panther 2 6.0, you have to look at the fact that the 75mm on the 6.7 would be weak and the same on the 6.3, the vehicles from BP and events should be a little better than what in the normal game, because you put a lot of time and money into getting it, it should be unique,I realize that lately there is a trend in wt for every vehicle to be the same as another, but it shouldn’t be like that, there have to be machines that are at least a little different.
Long 76mm somehow useful on 6.3 long 75mm will be too.
The version in the US museum should be in the US tree. The Americans put the turret on for display. Germany never intended to mount that turret on the Panther II hull.
The amx super is in the french tree aswell while it was modified by german engineers. Panther 2 would be a similar situation. Despite putting a turret on the chassie and never fielding a tank is not a reason to put a tank in a different tree
The German military was not involved with the AMX Super.
The US military tested the Panther II with the G turret. The Japanese tested the M47 and got it in game. The Panther II G would make an interesting premium or event vehicle.
I’d rather it be in German tree, because I dont play America. But that’s personal.
The E-100 in-game uses the hull of the E-100 but just puts the Maus turret on top, which afaik, was never planned. Of course it’s an easy soluation to the problem of not having any other specs for the real turret.
It’s the same story with the Panther II. You have a hull but the originally intentended turret was never created so there are no specs for it.
The only Panther improvement that makes sense is the Panther F with the legendary KwK 44/2 with 5rd autoloader. It’s probably the same system we can see in the Chi-Ri II or ARL-44 x-ray model in-game, that’s very similiar to the loading assist mechanism of a German FlaK, where rounds are picked up from a tray and feed into the gun, except that the KwK 44/2 would have a 5rd vertical magazine.
It would be a substantial firepower upgrade.
Oh wow another crying US main, it’s a German tank needs to be in German tt, by your logic M1A1 AIM should go to Britain right? By your logic the M3 Grant needs to be in the British tech tree, not an American premium, by your logic the F-16 needs to go to Britain.
Your argument was that the Panther ii should go to USA because they tested it. Australia tested (and used) the AIM, New Zealand tested and purchased F-16A Block 15. Therefore they should go to GB, because it is the country with closest ties
Yes, the US is a tree in the game. Australia and New Zeland are not trees in the game.
hell, I want the Tiger II (105). IDC if it’s a paper vehicle, it’s cool. Nerf its depression, remove the rangefinder, and maybe give it its vertical stabilizer. 7.0 premium or event vehicle. Would 100% be worth the grind or money.
Both are a part of the commonwealth, neither are only just allies with the US. Au and NZ are both under the King’s rule, not America’s
M3 Grant should 100% be in the British Tech tree tho. It’s a British variant of the M3 Lee; like the Sherman Fireflies Britain should get access.
That’s not how it works. That only comes up if the vehicle has no other tree it’s related to. And it’s funny you say I’m a US main crying when you’re begging for vehicles used by a country that you used to be in charge of. You aren’t even using those vehicles and you have nothing to do with them.
I know it should, that wasn’t my point though, my point was that according to him, all American vehicles tested by countries should go to the country that tested them, if that is so, there could be about 50 - 70 more copy paste tech trees available
Big, big, big seconded.
Me too, since it would fit my playstyle quite well.
