Hi，sorry to bother ,my game account Laoli1478 was banned a few days ago.
I started playing this game in 2019 and have already recharge a lot of money in this game.
I’ve never used any cheat or modified the game client. In the day before my account was banned I played Far Cry for a day and I used Wemod and DLC modifier for Far Cry, I forgot to turn off the mod when I started to play War Thunder. But this modifier can’t work in War Thunder and can not modify any game files. Support told me my account was banned for cheating but I swear I didn’t.
I will attach a picture of this Far Cry DLC modifier. what should I do for next？
