We know that this is not a technical issue, but that the BR has not been changed because the person in charge is asleep or has not realized it yet, as happens at the beginning of every season. You say that Squadron Battles should not be modified, but this is one issue among many others, and you are neglecting part of the player base.

since it started 4.7 br, i think this season squadron battles br should be start 4.7 because of everybody gain points of squadron battles and i think Stepping up of BR should be happen as follows once a week ;
1 week мах BR 4.7 (01.01 — 07.01)
2 week мах BR 6.0 (08.01 — 14.01)
3 week мах BR 7.0 (15.01 — 21.01)
4 week мах BR 8.0 (22.01 — 28.01)
5 week мах BR 9.0 (29.01 — 04.02)
6 week мах BR 10 .0 (05.02 — 11.02)
7 week мах BR 11.0 (12.02 — 18.02)
8 week мах BR 12.0 (19.02 — 23.02)

And what is your source? The BR is still 4.7 because it is normally changed manually at the start of the season. The guy in charge isn’t a professional and hasn’t done his job yet.

I don’t need a source, this is just my opinion, I think that any change to the br in squadron battles from now on would create unfairness or further unfairness. and also i agree with all of you the person who in charge of squadron battle br issue not a prof. and hasn’t done his /her job yet.

read your list of brs we would play only 5 days and have to wait another 6 weeks for decent brs
