Br difference is crazy for those two so you would need a) 11.3 vehicles for ka50 b) 12.0 vehicles for t80ue1. Ka50 in 12.7 uptier might make you regret some life choices.

Probably because its for workers and peasants red army day. Red army is army of soviet union. So style is based on soviet posters. Makes sense to me.

The Wehrmacht was founded on March 16, 1935. They could do that on March 16.
I dont think modern germans celebrate day of Wehrmacht foundation. Neither they do celebrate may 8 or 9. Not the brightest period in Germany history.
Post soviet countries on other hand, do celebrate on february 23. Hence why we got this topic, discounts, decals and other stuff.
