Are we positive the round can be fired from all the listed guns?
Documentation is certain the round can be fired from the PaK 40, but the similar 7,5cm KwK 40 is chambered differently (75x714 vs 75x495) to operate better in tank turrets.
I’m not a total ammo nut, but the drawings are of the projectile only correct? So this could just be plonked onto any 75mm casing?

Well yes, and while the first limited production was for Pak 40 (718mm casing) the ammo was also then to go into production for KwK/StuK 40 (495mm) and KwK/Pak 42 (640mm) ammo.

There’s a US report listing the penetration at 90 degrees as 200 mm. I don’t have the rest of the report on-hand atm, but I’m pretty sure it was digitalized by Harold Biondo on his patreon.
I’m particularly keen on seeing this get added as a means of making certain late war vehicles more distinct from earlier variants, such as the Pz. IV J.

For late war tanks like Panther F wouldn’t mind, since 160-200mm is not great HEAT performance. If this was given to the pz4 J then I think it should go up in BR, it would also make it different from the others. Sd.Kfz.234/4 barely matters because 99.9% of players don’t have it unless devs did the right thing and gave one of the variants to the TT. It should also get uptiered. Would make a great light tank for Germany at 5.7

Well if you’re asking what I would do, I would have variants of it. One with the HEAT shell, one without.
These 2 variants could still be added to the TT.
Considering these 2 are very late mods, it could go to one of them, and the event puma stays the same.
The pz4 is at a fair BR already, and it just went up recently. It’s a glass cannon.
