Shafted? No. The BR they’re at is acceptable in comparison to the KTs and the heavy tanks that other folks have. The biggest downside of the IS series other than gun depression is the poor optics.
You don’t consider being able to deal with a bad situation an advantage? there are objectives in the game that have to be taken /defended, the enemies and allies are all other players so they are not predictable, the enemy may do something un-expected or you allies may decide to just sit behind a rock and not help while you get swarmed on the point. Yes team play helps cover the IS-2 weaknesses, but that’s true for ALL vehicles in the game.

I agree with the current compression it is where it needs to be. But like with the tiger 2(P) being the same BR as the Tiger 2 (H) that doesn’t mean its perfect.

There are next to no vehicles that can adequately deal with a bad situation on their own to their advantage, so that question is a moot point. Every vehicle can succeed or fail hard without proper team support, vehicle quality and player ability. I don’t see how we’re having an issue here understanding the importance of needing to PTFO, as we both seem to understand the importance of it.
I think that’s foolish also, yet unfortunately Gaijin doesn’t know how to decompress even if you put them against a wall and pointed a gun at them. They couldn’t decompress themselves out of a box even if they tried. How they still remain as incompetent as they are even after 11 years baffles me greatly.
IF IS-2 is a bad tank, well then its bad tank. Don’t play it. Not every tank is a good one. What do you suggest? Decrease its BR until it becomes unstoppable?
There are so many tanks and vehicles I don’t like. I simply don’t play them. The soviet TT is one of the biggest ingame. I’m sure you’ll find some nice vehicles to play.

Problem at 6.0 to 8.0 aren’t main tanks …problem are rat vehicles and their enjoyers

The 1944 and T-44 were balanced at 6.3. But as good tanks, these amassed stats over time, and as we know, vehicle capabilities don’t matter only stats, so Gaijin, in their usual infinite wisdom, like with French tanks, moved them up in br.
Btw if the 1944 was truly 6.7 worthy, the Tiger 2 should be 7.0. cant wait for that to happen. The whining will be prolific.

Problem isn’t with Tiger 2 going up ,as Ger main i agree with you but then another question arises …problem of gaijin’s own making …Tiger 2 will just be ohk for all garbage they crammed at 7.3/7.7/8.0
Once they go to 20 br’s or 10 ranks they will be able to put all vehicles where they belong but they refuse to do o for one reason only .And that is that game and unlocking/spading vehicles will once again be fun and easier …meaning less sales for premium vehicles/planes .
That is all that stops game being as great as it was in the beginning …money

I actually agree that the t-44 is more deserving of its 6.7 BR than is2. It has trollish armour, speed, a quick reload and apcr that can be used as a last resort vs tigers.
