Su-37 should be an event vehicle. It wasn’t mass produced (though you could say the same of the Yak-141 which was also due to the collapse of the Soviet Union). I say event vehicle because there is no place for it in the USSR tech tree. Everything about its capabilities put it near Su-35 territory and we haven’t even gotten through most of the “early” Flanker variants yet.
There are tons of options for Rank 8 premiums for USSR… I can’t think of any off the top of my head but there are numerous MiG-29/Su-27 and the like-variants of each that Gaijin could just as easily choose from.
Nah. Not close. EAP was a new project. That its something like a mig1.44 or Yak141… While the su-37 could use new materials as Su-35s. Is still a Su-27m/Su-30 derivative. It loadout don’t have much variation at it should be the same as other Flankers.
You know what plane its premium in game and didn’t have Flares? America F-5, one of the best seller premium in the game.

Yes, I’ve defended historically accurate flares on Mig-23ML, F-5A/C, Su-17M3, etc; would you rather have all those aircraft suffer? Do you want F-5C to be 9.7 so you can use it at a lower BR and not face Mig-23s every so often?

BTW, you HAVE to argue against flares for Su-17M3 if you oppose them for F-5, as otherwise that’s this thing called hypocrisy.
I reckon the soviet rank 8 premium shouldnt be a flanker variant but either a mig 29OVT or mig 29m with the mig 35 going after the mig 29smt and mig 29k going in the yak line. The Su-37 could be an event vehicle and mig 31 could also be added as an event vehicle with a mig 25 premium.
It is bad enough that F-20 was made premium which is especially obvious now with the F-18 premium. SU-37 should be a event vehicle for sure. Perhaps with the mythical R-27EP/EA. Just like F-20 should have received AIM-120.
If you want one of the T-10M’s (that’s the name of the prototypes 701 to 711 (Su-37 is 711)) to be added i’d rather see 703 as it has been photographed with a TIALD TGP

America did not mount AN/ALE-40 dispensers on their F-5A/Cs, however export variants did receive this addition. The F-5C Skoshi Tiger did not have the pods installed when they were supplied to the South Vietnamese Air Force.
