I love Sahar_3ok’s skins, but the one selected for the Su-30SM is hardly his best work. The Blue 02/04 skins from MAKS would’ve been a much better option.
Furthermore, the 3D model isn’t even fixed yet (bug reports have been accepted), so what will happen with the skin then??
Skins can also be updated if there’s a change later. Did so for example for my Milan once it became possible to repaint stores, so i fixed underwing tanks and bomb textures.

If there’s changes that can be argued for (like, I assume, fixes of incorrect stuff), yes, I think.
Honestly given no market exists you’d think selling the camos outright for the same price as it is to open the crates would make more sense and more money. I know my friends and I would be more inclined to buy the crates if i could get the specific camo since again no market.

You’d have to ask the author. AFAIK the skins are added to the market as is, so if the author makes a mistake, it’s in the market like this as well until corrected.

Because those who decide what skin gets added are a small group of staff with little to no guidelines.
None of the Hungarian vehicles had any skin added to them for the market crate until the Tigris got released, and that too only received it because its a premium. From the first day, there were market ready historical skins available on Live.
its insane to me how there is no such rule that every box should contain x amount of skins for vehicles that have no market camos. Everything should have 1 historical camo at least. Recently added content 2-3 patches back should also be priority, but nah, lets prioritize premiums that are selling well and personal whims.
The prices for the crates are hitched up a ton on Xbox too so practically nobody buys them. I would 100% drop 200 GE on a few here.

The market skins are always randomly selected while being applied to the correct vehicle model is not always a thing.
In recent updates the J-11 variants kept getting camos of latter models like the J-16, the J-10A got a camo from the Su-35S, all of the F-4C’s skin are US Navy liveries (not even a single USAF skin for it) and those were never moved to F-4J once it came out.
IMO it’s really annoying that the market skins are always on the wrong model and hence “semi-historical”, while sometimes you don’t get any alternative GE skins to choose from.
There is one for Hungarian IL-28, but Romanian one (very cool one actually).
