yeah it is tested, and main reason was that mango is outdated and this new version fits carousels side by side, unlike 3bm60.
It was going to be new “standard” round, but not sure how it went afterall.

But to be honest it is ace crew, most players got expert and it is 6.4 on expert.
And that’s where I remembered that 6.4s loading :D

Doesnt matter when both rounds pen the same areas, does 3bm60 actually let you pen more spots than 3bm44-2? Would be usefull to know because if not then why would you ever bring 3bm60 lol.
More pen = more spall.
Its a Russian 125mm, spall has never been a problem for them. Theyll nuke just about anything as long as you aim correctly.

Diameter of the gun has no impact on the spall for those vehicles.

The photo would not matter anyways because M829A2 does have a longer penetrator than the A4, but the A4 has an overall longer rod length due to its large sacrificial steel tip for ERA. Also the DU penetrator of the A4 is sectional while M829A2 uses a monolithic DU long rod.
“Weight” was determined to not be a factor in the rounds performance. Just like how Weight did in fact factor the SEPv3s armor values
