Zetor is originally Czechoslovak company from 1946 that specializes in manufacturing tractors and tractor parts, today this company is based out of Brno, Czech Republic. In 2014, subdivision company Zetor Engineering s.r.o. was created for manufacturing military vehicles. Production of Zetor Gerlach is stationed out of Slovakia.
Zetor Gerlach 4x4 (05) is the 5th prototype of Czecho-Slovak attempt at creating multifunctioning all-terrain vehicle designed to be contender for the Czech and Slovak militaries, due to recent events in Czech MoD it is currently only contender for the Slovak military and export use.
