30 day ban and no dispute options

i got banned for 30 days for “teamkilling” but i have never did it on purpose. The rule only prohibits doing it ON PURPOSE. I want to contact support but they said they dont manage auto-bans. All my team kills are under the following conditions:

  1. teammate tried to kill me first just after takeoff (i have evidence of they firing missiles, gunpods at me)
  2. missile locked the wrong person
    Why dont staffs manage auto-bans? it is NOT reliable at all and a 30-days ban is TOO LONG for teamkilling, EVEN IF i really did it on purpose.
