Anyway, the current X-4 is a placeholder, as said by the Bug Moderator:

https://community.gaijin.net/issues/p/warthunder/i/NGrpw8SX2lDQ

So it will get the following:
Wired MCLOS Guidance (if correct - 2 seconds delay before any move is allowed)
Max speed of 880km/h (Mach 0.71)
Range up to 3.5km
7m trigger radius - Accoustic Proximity Fuse at 200Hz frequency - B-17 engine in cruise mode (might be able to trigger it with an unguided rocket passing by, into the 7m radius?)
Thrust will last for 17seconds - Burn will give 30 daN to 140 daN of force
8m radius blast with 20kg HE-Frag warhead

and for Me262, it said that only Biplace Me262 would have recieved the X-4
so if you guys wants a Me262 with X-4 → ask for a biplace Me262

The Me 262 B-1a?

Me 262B-1a/U1
as it’s the night fighter variant with a radar, and it seems that X-4 would have been operated by the RIO on board.

but it seems that the X-4 on Me262 never was fired, even in testing,… only some Proto-Testing mount was done on the ground, using another type of fixation that the one intended.

in such → gaijin won’t add the X-4 to any Me262.

If they make it acoustic they should make kinda like the fuel slider but for Hz so you can tune the Hz before you spawn in so make it a lower frequency so it works on single engined fighters instead of bombers. The fuse was able to be tuned to a certain Hz on the ground thats why i think its a good idea

and R27ER was never fired from a yak 141 ? it didnt even have a radar this is such a double standard its not even funny

double standards are quite all across the game,…

Gaijin would tell you that Mock ups were installed with intended final pylons.

there is many double standards in the game.

the 262 was fitted with a model so i hope thats enough i mean they spawned the yak9k aphe belt outta thin air

Test fired from a Ju 88

The acoustic war head was also an optional thing i believe

No Acoustic warhead

Acoustic warhead

Why not give us both variants?

read your article: the “V71 is a prototype”, basically made for performance trials, not for war.

also, no Warhead would mean an AP type missile, which needs to connect with the ennemy, and without any HE charge → not sure this would be useful.

It means it shows mounts and the intention to mount the real ones at some point.

Yes but the other ones aren’t
